A Waupaca woman released from jail this week on a signature bond following a car theft charge is now back in jail on a 25-hundred dollar cash bond, facing two new felonies. 38 year old Sholawna M. Gunter now is charged with felony ID theft and bail jumping, along with misdemeanor counts of theft and credit card fraud. The complaint alleges Gunter in July stole debit card information from another person to set up a Western Union account, and wire money to herself. The bail jumping count was charged out for allegedly violating a previous no contact order Monday in the Town of Dayton. If convicted on the newest counts, Gunter could get up to 12 years behind bars. She is due back in court next Tuesday.
