A 2nd man has now been criminally charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Stevens Point two years ago. 23 year old Deion Jones faces a felony murder charge, along with a count of robbery by use of force. Prosecutors allege Jones was involved in the death of Deonte Lezine in a drug deal gone wrong near the university. Another man, Kyle Engen, was sentenced to 18 years in prison in June for his role in the death. Jones is free on a 50,000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court August 18th. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
