A Manawa man is free on a 25-hundred dollar signature bond following a felony drunk driving charge in Waupaca County Court. 46 year old Kevin J. Ricketts faces a 4th offense operating while intoxicated, along with misdemeanor counts of operating after revocation, and failure to install an ignition interlock device. The complaint says Ricketts was pulled over in Manawa Friday night, allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .199 percent. He has three prior OWI convictions, dating back to 1992. If convicted on the new charges, he could face up to 6 years in prison. Along with the signature bond, Ricketts was ordered to adhere to the county’s Soberlink Monitoring Program. He is due back in court June 12th.
