A $5,000 signature bond is set for a former Weyauwega woman who made her initial appearance in Waupaca Co. Circuit Court Thursday afternoon. According to court records, 23-year-old Kaitlin M. Feest is charged with six counts of felony bail jumping for failing to comply with the terms of her April bond on multiple occasions this month in the City of Weyauwega. According to the criminal complaint, the owner of KD’s IGA contacted authorities reporting a total of over $1,500 had been missing from the store safe between July 12th and the 25th. Store surveillance video captures one person, alleged to be Feest, an employee of the store, entering the safe, taking money out, and putting it in her pocket. If convicted on all counts, Feest could face up to 36 years in prison. She is due back in court on August 15th.
