Two Waupaca man are facing felony bail jumping charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 32 year old Ryan S. Lubinski is charged with 5 counts of felony bail jumping, while 29 year old Mathew A. Lins faces a single count, plus a misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia. Both Lubinski and Lins were found in a Waupaca home Tuesday with several others. Court documents say Lubinski allegedly violated no contact provisions of a previous bond by having those people in the home. The previous bond was on a charge earlier this month of maintaining a drug trafficking place. The complaint also alleges police found drug paraphernalia in a room being used by Lins, in violation of bond still in effect from a deferred prosecution agreement on a burglary charge from 2014. If convicted, Lubinski could face up to 30 years in prison, while Lins faces up to 6 years. Both were released on signature bonds.
