A Neenah man has been bound over for trial in the death of two sisters in a Lake Winnebago boat crash last summer. A preliminary hearing was held Thursday in Winnebago County Court for 44 year old Brian Sullivan. Sullivan was operating the boat last August that crashed into a boat operated by Kim Laabs around 10:30 at night. Sisters 26 year old Lauren Laabs and 20 year old Cassie Laabs were thrown from their boat and drowned. The criminal complaint alleges Sullivan’s blood-alcohol concentration was .093 at the time of the crash. He’s charged with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Arraignment in the case is set for June 19th.
