A Marion woman is facing multiple felony charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 35 year old Margaret J. Boyd faces counts of possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping, as well as a misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia, all with a repeater provision. The criminal complaint alleges authorities discovered meth, multiple syringes, and other drug paraphernalia in a safe found in Boyd’s home. The bail jumping count stems from bond conditions on a meth charge from Menominee County earlier this year. If convicted, she could face up to 9 and a half years in prison. Boyd makes her initial appearance in court October 15th.
