An Appleton man will serve time in state prison following sentencing on a probation revocation in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 62 year old Edward K. Bryant was convicted on his 6th drunk driving offense in 2016, and, at the time, was placed on three years probation with a six month jail term. Court documents say Bryant failed to abide by rules of his probation, leading to the revocation. This week he was sentenced to three years in prison, with credit for 395 days already served. He will also serve two years on extended supervision following his release. Bryant was arrested for driving drunk in Weyauwega in May 2016.
