A Weyauwega woman will spend time in prison following sentencing in Waupaca County Circuit Court on a felony drunk driving conviction. 48 year old Tina L. Bueschel entered a no contest plea to a charge of operating while intoxicated– 6th offense, with several other counts dismissed in the plea agreement. Bueschel was found pulled over on the side of a Town of Waupaca roadway in April of 2018. Her blood-alcohol concentration was .281 percent, according to the criminal complaint. She was ordered to serve 18 months in prison, plus 18 months on extended supervision following her release. Bueschel also lost her driving privileges for three years, must install an ignition interlock device for three years, and was ordered to pay over 3000 dollars in fines and costs.
