An Oshkosh man is free on a 1000 dollar signature bond following a felony marijuana charge in Waupaca County Court. 29 year old Sammual R. Buhrow faces a count of 2nd offense possession of marijuana, along with counts of obstruction, drug paraphernalia, and operating while revoked. The criminal complaint alleges officers found a jar of marijuana in the backseat of Buhrow’s car during a traffic stop in the Town of Farmington last Friday. The operating after revocation is due to an owi charge from earlier this year. If convicted he could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. Buhrow is due back in court on the 29th.
