Suprise was charged last August with his 4th drunk driving offense, and was placed on the Soberlink Monitoring Program as part of his bond. The new complaint alleges he tested positive for alcohol on January 19th, the missed 20 tests between January 20th, and February 9th. Suprise is due in court on March 5th on the new charges, facing up to 12 years in prison if convicted.
38 year old Sholawna M. Gunter is also due in court on the 5th. Gunter faces a felony count of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. She is alleged to have taken a car from a Town of Dayton residence without permission Friday. Gunter and the car were found in Green Bay, according to the complaint. She was arrested there.
