A Neenah man is facing two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle in Outagamie County Court, stemming from a crash December 17th. 57 year old Joseph Konetzke made his initial appearance in court Tuesday, and was ordered held on 200-thousand dollar cash bond. Authorities allege Konetzke was intoxicated when he failed to stop for the stop sign on County Hiway “M” at the intersection with State Hiway 54 east of New London, and crashed into a car killing an elderly couple from LaGrange, Illinois. Konetzke also faces a separate OWI– 3rd offense charge in Winnebago County from a traffic stop December 2nd. His next court appearance date has not yet been set.
