A Waupaca woman is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond following drug charges stemming from a heroin overdose. 23 year old Kelsey L. Koehler faces felony counts of possession of methamphetimine and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs. The criminal complaint says police were called to a possible heroin overdose Tuesday at a Royalton Street address. The complaint alleges they found Koehler unresponsive, but she was revived by medical personnel. Police also allegedly found other pills in her belongings. If convicted, Koehler could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. She is due back in court May 9th.
