A teenage girl was killed Friday night in a single vehicle crash in Oconto County. The sheriff’s department says the 14 year old girl was a passenger in a car that went out of control around 7:30 on a rural road in the Town of Abrams, about 15 miles north of Green Bay. The car entered a ditch and hit two trees. The girl died at the scene, while the 18 year old driver and a 17 year old passenger, who were both ejected, were taken to a Green Bay hospital with serious injuries. Authorities believe excessive speed was a factor in the crash.
