An arrest warrant has been issued again for a Wisconsin Rapids man facing multiple alcohol-related felonies. 59 year old Michael D. Dayton has been charged in Waupaca County Court with another bail jumping count, for allegedly testing positive for alcohol use Sunday on the county’s Soberlink Monitoring Program. Dayton was placed on Soberlink as part of his initial bond in February, when he was charged with his 7th drunk driving offense. Since then he has has been charged with five bail jumping counts, each time posting a cash bond to gain his release. If convicted on the latest charge, he could face up to 6 years in prison.
