A criminal complaint has been filed in Waupaca Co. Circuit Court against two Neenah men accused of burglary and theft in the Town of Lebanon in late October. According to the criminal complaint, 20-year-old Andrew J. Dietze and 22-year-old Tanner C. Ater face felony counts of Burglary of a Building or Dwelling as a Party to a Crime and Misdemeanor counts of Theft of Movable Property. If convicted, each faces fines up to $35,000 and over 13 years in prison. Both make their initial court appearance on January 31st.
