A Waupaca man, formerly from Weyauwega, will serve prison time on sexual assault convictions.  56 year old Timothy C. Dietzen was sentenced this week in Outagamie County Court to 13 years behind bars, and 24 years extended supervision following his release.  A jury in August found Dietzen guilty on three counts of child sexual assault following a two day trial.  Court documents say the assaults occurred between 2013 and 2017.  Dietzen’s attorney has already filed a notice of intent to seek post-conviction relief.
