The driver of a vehicle that crashed in the Town of Lebanon Sunday evening is now jailed on a charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. The accident report filed with the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office say 24 year old Cord L. Guyette was cited for OWI homicide after the crash that killed 25 year old Cory Guyette of Bear Creek. Criminal charges have not yet been filed by the district attorney’s office. Cord Guyette was driving a pick-up on County Highway “T” when he lost control on the curve at Nicolai Road, and rolled over into the ditch, ejecting Cory Guyette. He was dead at the scene. Cord Guyette was flown to a hospital in Neenah for treatment of his injuries, but is now in the custody of the Waupaca County jail.
