Two other area residents are facing drug charges in separate cases in Waupaca County Court. 23 year old Jesse M. McLamarrah of New London is charged with possession of narcotic drugs. McLamarrah is alleged to have had heroin on him when New London police arrested him on a Department of Corrections’ warrant in September. He was under state supervision at the time due to a 2015 drug conviction in Outagamie County. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years behind bars. McLamarrah makes his initial appearance on the charge November 13th.
56 year old Deborah L. Leitheiser of Iola is charged with possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalial. The complaint alleges she had meth in her purse during a traffic stop in the Town of Scandinavia this past July. Leitheiser also faces up to 3 and a half years in prison if convicted. She is due in court Thursday.
