Two new drug cases have been charged out in Waupaca County Court. 51 year old Scott A. Golla of New London faces a single count of manufacture marijuana. The criminal complaint says authorities executed a search warrant on Golla’s residence in the Town of Caledonia in late October, allegedly finding a marijuana growing operation in the home. If convicted, Golla could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. He makes an initial appearance on the charge February 12th.
In a separate case, 47 year old Mary E. Pennington of Waupaca is charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The complaint says officers served a search warrant on the residence where Pennington was staying in Waupaca in late September. The complaint alleges meth was found in her room, along with various items of drug paraphernalia. Pennington also could face up to 3 and a half years behind bars. She’s due in court on February 12th.
