A Waupaca man is free on a 5000 dollar signature bond following drug-related charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 29 year old Matthew A. Lins faces felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child and bail jumping, along with a misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia. The criminal complaint says Lins was pulled over in the Town of Waupaca Wednesday with a 16 year old passenger in the vehicle. The complaint alleges officers found a baggie of marijuana on the juvenile, with Lins allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia. The bail jumping count stems from bond conditions on a 2014 deferred prosecution agreement on a burglary charge. If convicted on the latest charges, he could face up to 12 years in prison. Lins is due back in court on the 24th.
