A Marion man is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond following charges resulting from a drug bust in Marion last week. 18 year old Justin S. Fletcher faces felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of methamphetamine, along with a misdemeanor marijuana charge, and 6 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The criminal complaint says Marion and Clintonville police executed a search warrant at Fletcher’s residence Thursday, allegedly finding 45 grams of marijuana and 5 bindles of meth, along with drug packaging items. If convicted, he could face up to 7 years in prison. Fletcher is due back in court December 20th.
