Three Waupaca area residents, and a Scandinavia man, are all facing heroin-related charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 25 year old Kelly L. Olson faces three counts of delivery of heroin, plus possession of narcotic drugs, neglect of a child, and bail jumping. Olson is alleged to have sold heroin to a police confidential informant in downtown Waupaca on three occasions this month. She is free on a co-signed 5000 dollar signature bond. 26 year old Anthony J. Polly was also allegedly involved in those sales of heroin, and faces similar counts to Olson’s.
28 year old Jerome N. Polly faces two counts of deliver of heroin, and one count of possession with intent to deliver, for the alleged sale of heroin in the city and in the Town of Farmington, and the alleged transporting of the drug from Milwaukee to Waupaca, when stopped by deputies in the Town of Dayton. Polly is being held on 25-thousand dollars cash bond.
And 25 year old Joshua R. Christensen of Scandinavia faces a single count of possession of heroin with intent to deliver, along with bail jumping. Christensen is alleged to have been in the vehicle with Polly, transporting heroin back to Waupaca from Milwaukee. If convicted, all four could face over 35 years behind bars. Christensen and Anthony Polly are due in court this afternoon.
