A Waupaca man has been sent to prison following sentencing in Waupaca County Court on a probation revocation. 40 year old Jestin E. Gay was convicted of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety in August of 2015, with a count of operating a firearm while intoxicated being dismissed but read in. At the time he was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 3 years probation. Court records indicate he failed to abide by rules of probation. Gay is now serving a prison term of 18 months, and was placed on extended supervision for a year following his release.
