A New London man is free on a 3000 dollar signature bond following multiple charges in Waupaca County Court. 22 year old Corey J. Gruetzmacher is charged with felony counts of burglary and take and drive a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, along with 5 misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft. The criminal complaint alleges Gruetzmacher stole a relative’s debit card in mid-October, using it several times. The complaint also alleges he stole a 3-wheeler from a storage shed on Sunday, then drove around the city, at times stopping to put gas in it without paying. If convicted, he faces up to 18 years in prison. Gruetzmacher is due back in court next Tuesday.
