A Bear Creek man is being held on a $2,000 cash bond following domestic abuse related charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 22 year-old Cory K. Guyette faces a felony count of first degree recklessly endangering safety, plus four misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, and a single count of battery.
The criminal complaint alleges Guyette pointed a shotgun at a woman in the Town of Bear Creek last month, and threatened to shoot her. Guyette is also alleged to have had physical altercations with others at the residence on multiple occasions in January. If convicted, he could face up to 12 ½ years in prison.
