HAMAN CHARGED WITH FELONY DRUNK DRIVING

A Waupaca  man is free on a 3000 dollar signature bond following a felony drunk driving charge in Waupaca County Circuit Court.  39 year old Gregory S. Haman faces a 4th operating while intoxicated, after driving his car into a ditch in the Town of Dayton Saturday.  The criminal complaint says a passerby came upon the vehicle, still running, with Haman allegedly unresponsive behind the wheel.  The passerby turned off the ignition and called authorities, according to the complaint.  It also alleges Haman told officers he had consumed up to 35 beers before getting behind the wheel.  If convicted, he could face up to 6 years in prison, and thousands of dollars in fines.  As part of his bond, Haman was also ordered to adhere to the requirements of the Soberlink Monitoring Program.
