A Wisconsin Rapids teenager is facing a felony drug charge after being stopped for speeding on U.S. Hiway 10 on Waupaca’s east side. 17 year old Noah D. Henke is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor bail jumping and drug paraphernalia. The complaint says a state trooper pulled Henke over in early July for doing 95 miles per hour on the hiway. The complaint alleges authorities then found 22 grams of pot in the vehicle, along with multiple baggies and a scale, along with other drug items. The bail jumping count stems from a deferred prosecution agreement on a Portage County marijuana charge, an agreement put in place just three days before his Waupaca arrest. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. Henke makes his initial court appearance on September 6th.
