A Neenah man made his initial appearance in Waupaca Co. Circuit Court on Monday. 44-year-old Brian S. Henninger is charged with Capturing an Intimate Representation without Consent. Henninger also faces two counts of invasion of privacy. According to the criminal complaint, a ranger at Hartman Creek State Park in the Town of Dayton informed officers a female subject informed him that someone, later identified as Henninger, was photographing her mother with a cell phone through a window of a shower facility. She also informed the ranger that Henninger stared at their camper from the passenger side of his vehicle. A signature bond is set for $2,500. If convicted on all three counts, Henninger faces fines up to $20,000 and more than four years in prison. Henninger is due back in court on July 5th.
