A criminal complaint has been issued against a Waupaca man, charging him with a drug crime. 26 year old Patrick A. Leopold faces a count of possession of narcotic drugs, along with a felony bail jumping count, and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. The complaint says deputies found Leopold early Wednesday morning at an east-side convenience store in Waupaca, and arrested him on a warrant through Portage County. They allegedly found heroin in his car during a subsequent search. If convicted, Leopold could face up to 9 and a half years in prison. He is due back in court next Tuesday.
