Two other drug cases have been charged out in Waupaca County Court this week. 48 year old David S. Hintz, Sr., of Rosholt faces a felony count of possession of narcotics with intent to distribute. The criminal complaint alleges Hintz earlier this year sold oxycodone to a police confidential informant. Upon his arrest, the complaint says officers found 32 oxy pills on him. If convicted, Hintz could face up to 15 years in prison. He is due in court December 12th
Meanwhile, 30 year old Shawn G. Fink of Birnamwood is charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The complaint says Fink was found sleeping in a running car in a ditch off County Hiway “S” in the Town of DuPont Sunday morning. Authorities allegedly found baggies of meth in the vehicle.. If convicted, he could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. Fink is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court December 19th.
