A Weyauwega man is the latest to be charged in connection with multiple recent drug arrests by Waupaca County authorities. 20 year old Riley P. Hofferber faces four felony counts of delivery of marijuana, and a single count of delivery of amphetamines. The criminal complaint alleges Hofferber sold the drugs to a police confidential informant multiple times in Weyauwega and Waupaca between October 2017, and this past week. If convicted, he could face up to 21 years in prison. Hofferber was ordered held on a 15-hundred dollar cash bond, and is due back in court October 30th.
