A Shawano teenager is due in Waupaca County Circuit Court later this month facing a burglary charge. 18 year old Hunter B. Hohn also faces counts of theft and obstruction. The criminal complaint alleges Hohn illegally entered a home in Clintonville in late July, allegedly taking a playstation game, 3 cellphones, and other items. If convicted, he could face up to 12 and a half years in prison. Hohn is due in court January 30th.
Meanwhile, 35 year old Ross D. Wetzel of Clintonville is due in court next week on a felony forgery charge. Wetzel last July allegedly cashed a check written out to him on a closed account for over 240-dollars. The forgery count carries maximum punishment of up to 6 years in prison upon conviction. Wetzel is due in court on the 17th.
