Two area men are facing felony drunk driving charges in separate cases in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 30 year old Christopher D. Hohn of Waupaca is charged with his 6th offense operating while intoxicated after he was pulled over in Scandinavia Saturday for driving without a license. The criminal complaint alleges his preliminary breath test indicated a .224 percent intoxication level. Hohn was also charged with operating while revoked. The complaint says his license was revoked 7 years ago. He has 5 previous drunk driving convictions, dating back to 2005. If convicted of this 6th offense, he could face up to 10 years in prison. Hohn posted a 2000 dollar cash bond, and is due back in court January 15th.
Also due back in court on the 15th is 41 year old Brian C. Crager of Weyauwega, who is charged with his 4th drunk driving offense. Crager was stopped in the Town of Weyauwega Saturday night, allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .13 percent. Crager posted a 500 dollar cash bond. He faces up to 6 years in prison if convicted.
