Tlhe 2nd suspect in a Clintonville murder last year has been convicted in a plea deal in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 17 year old Zachary T. Hohn of Tigerton pleaded no contest to first degree reckless homicide, as a party to a crime yesterday, in the death of Matthew Pagel in April of 2016. The charge was reduced from first degree intentional homicide, and a count of robbery by use of force was dismissed, but will be read in for sentencing. Hohn and Adam Ozuna killed Pagel in what the complaint describes as a drug deal gone wrong. Pagel’s body was dumped in a ditch a couple miles southeast of Clintonville. Hohn will be sentenced August 25th facing up to 60 years in prison. Ozuna has already been convicted, and he will be sentenced May 30th.
