A second suspect in a Clintonville murder from earlier this year has pleaded not guilty to the homicide charge. 17 year old Zachary Hohn entered the plea in Waupaca County Court Tuesday. 24 year old Adam Ozuna previously entered a not guilty plea as well. The two are charged in the death of 25 year old Matthew Pagel this past summer. Authorities allege Hohn and Ozuna killed Pagel during a drug deal, allegedly beating him to death in a car, then dumping the body in a ditch southeast of Clintonville. Both men are due back in court November 22nd for scheduling conferences. They face life in prison if convicted.
