A Tigerton man convicted in a 2016 Clintonville murder has been re-sentenced to the same term in prison that was originally ordered. 19 year old Zachary T. Hohn in March 2018 was given a 30 year prison term by Judge Ray Huber in the killing of Matthew Pagel in a drug deal gone wrong. That sentencing was appealed by Hohn due to an element of his plea deal not being adhered to by the district attorney’s office. With the re-sentencing ordered by an appellate court, the case went to Circuit Judge Vicki Clussman, who Monday ordered the same 30 years prison sentence, and 10 years extended supervision for Hohn. Hohn’s accomplice in the homicide, 27 year old Adam Ozuna, is also serving 30 years in prison.
