A teenager allegedly involved in a Clintonville area murder in April will face charges in adult court. That was the decision of Waupaca County Judge Ray Huber Tuesday, ordering 16 year old Zachary Hohn to face a 1st degree intentional homicided charge as an adult. Hohn is alleged to have beaten 25 year old Matthew Pagel to death over a drug deal, and then allegedly dumped his body in a ditch southeast of Clintonville. Hohn is due back in court for an arraignment hearing next Tuesday. A second suspect in the case, 24 year old Adam Ozuna, has already pleaded not guilty. He’s also due back in court Tuesday. Both face life in prison if convicted.
