An Oshkosh man picked up for drunk driving earlier this year is also facing a felony drug charge in Waupaca County Court. 23 year old Bo R. Huss is charged with possession of narcotic drugs, along with 3rd offense operating while intoxicated. The criminal complaint says Huss was pulled over by Waupaca Police in April, allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .194 percent.
