An inmate in the Waupaca County jail is facing felony charges after she was allegedly found with methamphetamine. 47 year old Alison C. Roe is charged with felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine. The criminal complaint says jail officers saw an item within the clothing Roe was wearing in early October. After a strip search, the complaint says the item, a hypodermic needle, fell to the floor. The needle was sent to the state crime lab, and they report the needle contained methamphetamine. Roe has other drug charges currently pending in Outagamie County Court from a case in July. If convicted of the Waupaca County charges, she could face up to 9 years behind bars. Roe is due in court today.
