A Weyauwega man will serve time in the county jail following sentencing in Waupaca County Circuit court on a driving under the influence conviction. 33 year old Noah J. Ostrander entered a no contest plea to a 4th offense operating with a restricted controlled substance. He was arrested in the Town of Waupaca in late May after he called authorities about a passenger in his vehicle overdosing on drugs. Ostrander was found to be under the influence of marijuana at the time. He was ordered to spend 60 days in jail, with Huber privileges. He also lost his license for 3 years, and must install an ignition interlock device for 3 years.
