A criminal complaint has been issued in Waupaca Co. Circuit Court against a Marion woman charged with her 4th OWI and multiple misdemeanors, including drugs. According to the criminal complaint, 40-year-old Angela Jankowski faces one felony count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer, operating a motor vehicle while revoked, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the criminal complaint, Jankowski was pulled over by a Marion police officer after driving outside a designated lane and crossing the center line in the City of Marion on April 7th. During a search, a Waupaca Co. Sheriff’s office trooper found vodka, prescription medications, and a zip lock bag with a small amount of a green leafy substance wrapped around a glass pipe in her vehicle. A signature bond or cash bond has been set at $3,000. If convicted, Jankowski faces fines up to $24,000 and over 7 years in prison. Jankowski makes her initial court appearance on April 25th.
