A Waupaca man will serve time in the county jail following a drug conviction in Waupaca County Court. 32 year old Zachary P. Jones in August entered a no contest plea to deliver of amphetimines. Late last week Judge Ray Huber imposed and stayed a 3 year prison term. Instead, he sentenced Jones to 9 months in the county jail, with 5 of those months stayed, to be used at the discretion of Jone’s probation agent. He was granted Huber release while serving his jail time. Jones was also placed on probation for 4 years. He was involved in the sale amphetimine in Waupaca this past February.
