A jury trial has been set for January in a Waupaca County homicide case. 47 year old Michael G. Pribbernow of Waupaca is charged in the death of Timothy Cruse, the Second, this past summer. Pribbernow faces felony counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, hit and run resulting in death, and operating while revoked, resulting in death. He is alleged to have struck and killed Cruse with his pick-up in the early morning hours of July 28th, as Cruse walked along Golke Road in the Town of Farmington. The complaint alleges the state crime lab matched Cruse’s DNA with blood that was found on the undercarriage of Pribbernow’s truck. The trial in the case is scheduled to begin January 2nd. Pribbernow remains jailed on a 20-thousand dollar cash bond.
