The Junction City man suspected of firing shots during a stand-off earlier this week is free after posting a 5000 dollar cash bond. 80 year old Henry Kaminski was released from the Portage County jail late Tuesday afternoon after a brief court appearance. Prosecutors allege Kaminski was intoxicated Monday afternoon when he fired off a shot from a handgun while verbally harrassing his Hmong neighbor. Authorities say he fired two more shots after officers surrounded his home and evacuated the neighborhood. Kaminski is expected to be charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety, operating a firearm while intoxicated, and disorderly conduct. Plus authorities now allege they found marijuana and child pornography in a search of his home. He’s due back in court March 20th.
