A Manawa man will serve 16 months in jail following a sentencing hearing with multiple cases in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 33 year old Peter J. Klotzbuecher was given a 7-month jail term during sentencing on a probation revocation. Klotzbuecher was convicted of theft and illegal entry into a building in April of 2015, and given 18 months probation. That probation period was then extended in August of 2016. He violated terms of probation when he burglarized a home in the Town of Little Wolf in early September. This week in court he pleaded no contest to that charge. In that case, Klotzbuecher was ordered to serve 9 months in jail, consecutive to the term ordered in the revocation case.
