A criminal complaint and arrest warrant have been issued in Waupaca County Court for a man allegedly involved in a break-in last month. 22 year old Robert J. Knaack faces a single burglary count, for allegedly entering a garage on Demerest Street in Waupaca and stealing several power tools. The complaint says Knaack was arrested in Price County earlier this month for burglary, and is being held in that county’s jail in Phillips. If convicted on the Waupaca County charge, he could face up to a dozen years in prison. No initial appearance date has yet been set.
