A Waupaca man is being held on a 1000 dollar cash bond following multiple charges in Waupaca County Court. 19 year old Kendall E. Koch faces felony counts of identity theft and possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The criminal complaint alleges Koch took a debit card from a relative in the Town of Farmington, and withdrew 5000 dollars from her account. The complaint also alleges sheriff’s deputies found quantities of marijuana and meth at Koch’s residence at the time of the arrest last Thursday. If convicted, he could face up to 9 and a half years behind bars. Koch is due back in court tomorrow.
