A Stevens Point man is being held in the Waupaca County jail following bail jumping charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 19 year old Kendall E. Koch, formerly of Waupaca, faces two counts of felony bail jumping. Koch was charged in October with possession of methamphetimine and identity theft, and had specific bond conditions as part of a signature bond. The new charges allege he failed to reside where he was ordered, and he failed to make a court appearance in late November. If convicted on the bail jumping charges, he could face up to 12 years in prison. Koch is due back in court next Tuesday.
