A Clintonville man will serve time in the county jail following sentencing in Waupaca County Court on a felony drunk driving conviction. 41 year old Rory J. Koeller pleaded no contest to his 5th OWI, with two other charges dismissed but read in for sentencing, including being armed while intoxicated. Koeller was stopped in the Town of Matteson last September, driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .088 percent. In sentencing Thursday, Koeller was ordered to serve a year in jail with huber privileges. Six months of that sentence was stayed, to be used at the discretion of the probation agent. He was placed on probation for two years. Koeller also lost his driving privileges for two years, must install an ignition interlock device for two years, and was ordered to pay a fine of 600 dollars, plus court costs.
